In this role, you will take a creative and learner‑centred approach to teaching, adapting your practice to meet the diverse educational needs of our pupils.

Deliver the school curriculum in a way that maximises each pupil’s engagement, achievement and personal development. • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or QTLS (Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills).
• A nationally recognised degree.
• Experience with pupils aged 3‑11 years old and with learning difficulties.

Upton Grange School is an Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 setting for pupils aged 3‑11 years. We deploy a wide range of teaching strategies to engage and develop the progress of learners, many of whom present with learning difficulties and styles. Pupils are taught in smaller class sizes, working towards an Equal Semi‑Formal Curriculum and National Curriculum expectations where appropriate.
