Overview

Queensmead House School, located on a historic site with views of Windsor Castle, is an independent specialist day school recently rated Good by Ofsted. It delivers high‑quality education in both primary and secondary settings to a diverse group of pupils with complex educational needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

You will be working with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and social, emotional and mental‑health needs. Your role involves supporting them to learn, develop their abilities and raise their self‑esteem. You will provide resilient and dedicated teaching, making small, positive changes that add up to big differences.

Support & Resources

As a Teacher at Witherslack Group, you will receive all the support you need to succeed, including in‑house psychologists, teaching assistants and therapy professionals. Your colleagues will be experts, the school environment is well‑resourced, and you will be supported every step of the way.

Qualifications

You will need previous teaching experience and Qualified Teacher Status.
