- Teaching English across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential)
- Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
- Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification in English Education
- Specialisation in English with a strong foundation of English teaching (Desired)
- Proven experience teaching English at the secondary level, preferably in a UK school setting
- Excellent communication, organising, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education, innovation, and lifelong learning
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom and beyond
- Ability to adapt to changing educational trends, technologies, and pedagogies
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
