We are based in a beautiful semi-rural location on the edge of Windsor and Windsor Great Park. Our school benefits from being part of the Oxford Diocesan Schools Trust, a multi-academy trust of over 40 schools, which offers many opportunities for career development.

We are seeking to appoint a committed Well-Being Support Worker to work as part of our strong pastoral team in supporting our children to thrive and flourish no matter what their background or circumstance.

The successful candidate will work with children from across the school, supporting well-being through direct intervention such as ELSA as well as working closely with outside agencies in the capacity of DDSL to ensure every child and family has the intervention or support needed for our children to be happy and successful in school.

We are looking for a Well-being Support Worker who has:

• A willingness to provide the best possible opportunities for all students
• A well-developed sense of empathy
• Strong listening skills and a proven ability to deal with sensitive situations with integrity
• A proven ability to create good relationships with students, staff and parents
• A well-developed understanding of strategies to manage and support young people and adults with mental health and well-being challenges in a school
• An excellent understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures and their role in child protection
• A strong commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion
