MLD Teaching Assistant - Windsor

As an MLD Teaching Assistant, the role will include:

Providing 1:1 support for students with moderate learning difficulties
Supporting small groups with classroom activities and learning tasks
Helping students develop their confidence, independence, and communication skills
Assisting teachers with adapting learning activities to meet individual needs
Supporting the implementation of individual education and support plans
Monitoring students' progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
Promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
