A specialist Secondary SEN School in Windsor is looking for a compassionate and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, Teachers, or other education and psychology professionals looking to develop practical experience within a specialist setting.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with a range of special educational needs.
• Encourage students to develop their confidence, independence, and engagement with learning.
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Support students throughout the school day, observing and monitoring their progress, wellbeing, behaviour, and participation.
• Help students overcome barriers to learning and reach their individual potential.

• Setting: Secondary SEN School
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay: 93- 110 per day
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
• Contract: Full-time
