CBRE seeks a Mechanical Shift Engineer to perform preventative maintenance across HV/LV distribution and HVAC systems within Windsor facilities. You will monitor the BMS, address A/C issues, take meter readings from UPS and PDU, and prepare timely reports.
Join a 12-hour rotating shift in a role that requires City & Guilds Electrical Competency Part 1&2, CMMS/BMS experience, and strong customer relations to support safe, compliant operations.
