Recruiting for a Show Technician to join the Innovations Team. Responsibilities include ensuring all show elements (lighting, sound, automation) are functional and maintained. Lead show‑related fit‑up of venues and event spaces, troubleshoot during operation, create technical scripts, assist with day‑to‑day venue close‑down, deliver equipment training and ensure compliance with health and safety policies. The team reports to the Innovations department and also supports other AV and show control duties across the resort.

• Lead show‑related fit‑up and bed‑down of venues and event spaces.
• Troubleshoot lighting, sound, automation and other show systems during operation.
• Create and maintain technical scripts for shows.
• Assist with daily venue close‑down processes.
• Deliver equipment training to staff as required.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety legislation and policies.
• Support additional AV and show control tasks across the resort.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical role at a theme park or theatre.
• Confident show operator in live venues.
• Desirable experience with theatrical live sound mixing or sound/lighting design.
• Proven audio/visual troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with theatrical or attraction A/V systems, including lighting and automation.
• Must have experience using Q‑Lab.
• Understanding of the following systems is preferable:
• Di Gi Co  mixing consoles
• Allan & Heath SQ mixing consoles
• ETC lighting systems
• Excellent technical knowledge of stage equipment, technologies and systems.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high workplace standards.
• A keen interest in the development of stage technologies and products.
