Where we need you:
As our Commercial Finance Controller – UK
, you will drive business performance, profitability, and strategic decisions. You will partner with senior commercial, channel, and brand teams while leading FP&A cycles—including Budget, Forecast, LRP, and Latest Estimate (LE). You’ll also manage Commercial Close, reporting, and Risks & Opportunities, supporting functions across Sales, Marketing, RGM, and Supply Chain.
- Lead full P&L budgeting, forecasting, LE and long-term planning.
- Deliver accurate Commercial Close and management reporting.
- Provide variance analysis and strategic insights.
- Support Major Multiples, Discounters, E-commerce and key brands.
- Drive pricing, promotions, portfolio and RGM analysis.
- Support MWBs, NPDs and commercial decision‑making.
- Improve forecast accuracy and S&OP stability.
- Strengthen collaboration across Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial.
- Act as FP&A Key User and improve data/process efficiency.
- Ensure strong financial governance and reporting integrity.
We are seeking a mid–senior level candidate with 8–10 years of experience in Finance, ideally gained in UK FMCG or a similarly fast‑paced, commercially driven environment.
- 8–10 years’ experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Controlling
, ideally in UK FMCG
. - Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and performance management
. - Excellent analytical and commercial acumen
. - Proficient in SAP (or similar ERP) and advanced Excel
; BI tools a plus. - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
