Finance Director; Luxury Hospitality

Overview

The Ashdown Group is searching for an accomplished Finance Director to join an iconic luxury hospitality brand.

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven hospitality sector experience, ideally in luxury hotels.
• Demonstrable expertise in statutory accounts, FP&A, audit and treasury.
• Meticulous professional with keen eye for detail and passion for building financial processes that improve performance and profitability.
• Experience managing a finance department of 15 and delivering monthly management information, annual budgets and year‑end audited accounts.

• Develop and implement the financial strategy to deliver optimal business performance.
• Lead a finance department of15 and provide inspirational leadership and integrity.
• Produce monthly management information, annual budgets and year‑end audited accounts.
• Plan and manage departmental budgets and drive sustainable growth through effective financial leadership.
• Contribute to long‑term business objectives, challenge assumptions and provide financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers.
