If you trained in practice and are looking for that first industry role, you supported every step of the way by a high-performing, collaborative finance team who genuinely care about your development.

• Taking ownership of month-end close, including journals, accruals, and prepayments
• Ensuring financial data is accurate, complete, and delivered on time
• Performing and reviewing detailed balance sheet reconciliations
• Managing payroll and supporting VAT processes alongside the tax team
• Preparing audit documentation and supporting year-end processes
• Strengthening controls, improving processes, and enhancing reporting
• Collaborating across teams to solve problems and drive best practice

• Newly qualified ACA straight from practice or 1-2 years PQE
• Practice-trained, ideally with an audit background
• Strong grasp of UK GAAP / IFRS and internal controls
• Confident communicator with a proactive, self-starting mindset
• Strong Excel skills; ERP experience is a bonus
