Corporate Recruitment Solutions are recruiting a proactive Collections Executive for a fast-growing lender in Windsor. You will manage a portfolio of SME loans, ensuring payments are up to date and devising flexible plans to bring customers back on track.
You will build trust with clients via phone and email, escalate complex cases to recoveries when needed, and use Excel to analyse data and update internal systems. This role offers a dynamic, high-energy environment with learning opportunities.
