Connect Recruitment is seeking a Collections Agent for an office-based role in Windsor, Berkshire. You will manage and recover outstanding debts within banking and finance, negotiating repayment plans with customers and maintaining compliant records.
You will work with internal teams, use CRM systems, and report on performance while adhering to regulations. Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5pm, with bonuses and benefits.
