Position: Domiciliary Care Worker Full Time Hours (Permanent)

Pay: £13.00 – £15.50 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Assistants (HCAs) to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping people maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing while remaining in familiar surroundings.

As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in improving the daily lives of our clients by delivering person centred care tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

* Personal Care:
Assisting with washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while promoting dignity and independence

* Medication Support:
Prompting, preparing, and administering medication (following appropriate training and guidelines)

* Meal Preparation:
Preparing and serving meals in line with dietary requirements and personal preferences

* Household Tasks:
Supporting with light housekeeping such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, and shopping

* Mobility Support:
Assisting clients to move safely around their home using appropriate equipment and reporting any risks to a Senior Carer or Manager

* Safeguarding:
Identifying and reporting safeguarding concerns through the correct procedures

* Companionship:
Providing emotional support and friendly companionship to reduce isolation and loneliness

About You

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training and ongoing development opportunities will be provided.
