Working Conditions

All Care Assistant positions in Windsor are permanent but we offer flexible contract options as well as guaranteed hours, full time or part time contracts.

Training and Support

Our Alina Homecare Academy provides exclusive training to help you prepare. All you need is a caring & positive attitude, a driving licence & access to a vehicle, and the right to work in the UK.
