The employer holds a Health and Social Care Skilled Worker sponsorship licence and is looking for reliable and compassionate Care Assistants to join its domiciliary care team.

You will provide care and practical support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

This is a community-based, door-to-door role, so applicants must be able to drive and have access to a suitable vehicle.

• Provide person-centred care and support with daily activities.
• Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming and bathing.
• Support clients with meal preparation and feeding where required.
• Administer medication in accordance with care plans and professional guidance.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and safe moving and handling.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Carry out light household tasks, including laundry and maintaining living areas.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
• Follow care plans, safeguarding procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided.

Applicants should have:

• Experience in domiciliary or community care.
• The right skills and qualifications required for the role.
• A valid driving licence.
• Access to a reliable vehicle.
• Appropriate business insurance for work-related driving.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, patient and compassionate approach.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to carry out duties involving standing, lifting and bending.

• Full-time contract of 37.5 hours per week.
• Skilled Worker sponsorship for eligible candidates.

• Ongoing community-based supervision and support.
