Merlin in Windsor is seeking a Resource Associate to support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance processes for frontline staff. The ideal candidate will ensure engaging inductions, maintain training plans, and help build an inclusive culture that positively impacts guest KPIs.
This full-time role is fully flexible across five days out of seven, with a fixed-term until September 2026. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of £14.35 and numerous employee benefits including discounted LEGO products and tickets.
