We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our client's well-established organisation with a diverse workforce and multiple specialist departments. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process and help shape a first-class candidate experience.

Circa £40,000 per annum DOE

Responsibilities include:
  • Acting as a trusted recruitment partner to managers across the organisation
  • Advising hiring managers on recruitment best practice and UK employment legislation
  • Writing engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns
  • Managing advertising across job boards, careers sites and social media
  • Proactively sourcing candidates using various recruitment channels
  • Screening applications, coordinating shortlists and arranging interviews
  • Supporting hiring managers with interview preparation and selection processes
  • Conducting interviews where required
  • Managing offers and providing a positive candidate experience throughout
  • Maintaining and optimising the ATS
  • Producing recruitment reports and maintaining accurate recruitment data
  • Reviewing salary benchmarking for new and replacement positions
  • Building relationships with external recruitment agencies and negotiating terms where appropriate
  • Supporting onboarding and ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed
  • Supervising and mentoring Recruitment Administrators
  • Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems and candidate attraction
Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience within recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of UK recruitment legislation, including Right to Work requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Confidence managing workload and changing priorities
  • Experience sourcing candidates through various resourcing methods
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
