Rate: £465/day (Inside IR35)

We're supporting a well-established UK organisation on a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformation programme. They are seeking two experienced D365 F&O Functional Consultants to support ongoing implementation and optimisation work.

This is a key role within a fast-paced, Agile delivery environment, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams to shape and deliver scalable ERP solutions.

As a Functional Consultant, you will:

• Liaise with business stakeholders to refine D365 F&O solutions aligned to business goals
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and user stories
• Lead workshops to gather and document requirements
• Support end-to-end implementation across Finance and SCM modules
• Oversee functional testing, integration testing and process validation
• Collaborate closely with development teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies

• 5-6 years' hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Full lifecycle ERP implementation experience
• Strong functional knowledge across Finance and SCM modules
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops
• Agile delivery experience (Epics, Features, User Stories)
• Experience supporting integration testing (Postman exposure advantageous)
• Direct Debit experience desirable
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to operate as an individual contributor

Energy sector exposure would be beneficial but is not essential.

Working Model:
Hybrid – 1 day per week onsite in Windsor (initially).
