Location: Windsor - Hybrid 3 days a week in the office

Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Stock Control & Logistics Lead to take ownership of inventory accuracy, logistics performance, and third-party warehouse relationships. This is a hands‑on role that will play a critical part in ensuring stock integrity, operational efficiency, and supply chain performance across the business. Working closely with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing logistics processes, producing meaningful reports and KPIs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all stock control and inventory management activities across warehouse and your 3PL operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for third-party logistics providers, ensuring service levels and operational standards are maintained
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock investigations, reconciliations, and physical stock audits
- Maintain and optimise ERP and WMS systems, ensuring accurate stock and operational data
- Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Produce regular reports and KPIs relating to inventory performance, stock accuracy, service levels, and logistics operations
- Analyse trends and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with suppliers, operations, customer service, and finance teams to resolve inventory and logistics issues
- Support continuous improvement projects aimed at improving stock integrity, operational efficiency, and customer service
- Previous experience in Stock Control, Inventory Management, Logistics Coordination, or Supply Chain roles
- Strong experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL)
- Experience using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Excellent inventory management and stock control knowledge
- Strong analytical skills with experience producing reports and KPIs
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of key operational areas
