Operations & Water Safety Coordinator

British Rowing is looking to appoint an Operations Assistant at Dorney Lake, a premier rowing venue located near Windsor. The assistant will focus on day-to-day operations, including grounds maintenance and water safety, while ensuring the security and safety of the facilities. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage conflicts in a fast-paced setting.

This is a full-time position with working hours of 40 hours a week, and it will require weekend and evening shifts on a rota basis. A comprehensive training in health and safety practices will be provided.
