The Crown Estate at Windsor Great Park offers a structured Work Experience Programme designed to open doors for local students. Whether you're interested in digital technology, events and engagement, administration, horticulture, or estate operations, this is your chance to explore career pathways in one of the UK’s most iconic landscapes.

• One-week placements across departments including Digital, Events, Parks, Gardens, Surveying, and Administration.
• Real-world experience working alongside skilled professionals.
• Opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects and learn about heritage, sustainability, and public service.
• A supportive environment that values curiosity, collaboration, and community.

• Students aged 16+ from local schools and colleges aligned with our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals.
• Applicants must submit a CV and cover letter via Team Tailor, outlining which placement you want to be considered for, why you wish to undertake this work experience and which dates work for you (if there are not set dates advertised)
