Project Manager - Site Based
Location: Windsor
Salary: 60,000- 65,000 + Car Allowance
Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking an experienced Site-Based Project Manager to deliver a supply and install light steel frame project in Windsor, working directly with a major Tier 1 client.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong client-facing ability, excellent reporting standards, and proven experience managing site delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management of the supply and installation of a light steel frame package
• Acting as the main point of contact for a Tier 1 client, maintaining strong professional relationships
• Programme management, coordination of site activities, and subcontractor control
• Accurate record keeping, progress reporting, and commercial awareness
• Producing and maintaining site documentation, reports, and trackers
• Ensuring health & safety, quality, and programme targets are met

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on site-based construction projects
• Strong background working with Tier 1 contractors or clients
• Experience managing light steel frame projects (essential)
• Excellent record keeping and reporting skills
• Confident user of Field View software
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage fast-paced delivery with minimal supervision
