We are seeking an experienced Site-Based Project Manager to deliver a supply and install light steel frame project in Windsor, working directly with a major Tier 1 client.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong client-facing ability, excellent reporting standards, and proven experience managing site delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Overall management of the supply and installation of a light steel frame package
Acting as the main point of contact for a Tier 1 client, maintaining strong professional relationships
Programme management, coordination of site activities, and subcontractor control
Accurate record keeping, progress reporting, and commercial awareness
Producing and maintaining site documentation, reports, and trackers
Ensuring health & safety, quality, and programme targets are met

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager on site-based construction projects
Strong background working with Tier 1 contractors or clients
Experience managing light steel frame projects (essential)
Excellent record keeping and reporting skills
Confident user of Field View software
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage fast-paced delivery with minimal supervision
