. Hourly Rate: £14.50 (£28,372 annually). Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, Mon – Fri (occasional weekends & late evenings).

- Oversee the smooth running of the Mess, managing your team and ensuring top‑notch service for members and military personnel.
- Organise and deliver hospitality functions and formal dinners.
- Handle reception duties, cash management, and company paperwork.
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues effectively.
- UK residency for the past 3 years and eligibility to work in the UK (security checks required).
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Financial awareness and ability to manage budgets.
- Computer literacy and strong organisational skills.
- Positive attitude, composed under pressure and empathetic to customers.
