  Act as the Registered Manager with Ofsted, ensuring the home strictly adheres to the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
• Leadership & Mentorship:
  Recruit, supervise, and inspire a multidisciplinary care team, fostering a culture of professional excellence and trauma‑informed practice.
• Therapeutic Culture:
  Oversee the daily delivery of individualized care plans, ensuring every young person’s emotional and behavioural needs are addressed through bespoke clinical models.
• Strategic Partnerships:
  Maintain robust relationships with local authorities across Berkshire and Surrey, ensuring a collaborative and cohesive approach to resident outcomes.

• Education:
  
  Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
• Experience:
  
  Proven track record in a management role within a children’s EBD residential setting.
• Regulatory Expertise: A thorough understanding of the current Ofsted inspection framework and a history of achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ inspection results.
• Visionary Leadership: A resilient and empathetic leader who is passionate about delivering high‑quality care and achieving the best possible life chances for young people.
