Locum Vet Surgeon

Hours: 4 or 5 days per week

Weekends: 1 in 5 weekends (with Monday and Friday off the following week rota dependent)

None Vets Now handle OOH from 9pm weekdays and 5pm weekends

You’ll be working within a supportive team of vets nurses and support staff in a busy but well‑organised environment. The ideal candidate will be confident with both medical and surgical cases capable of working independently while also being a team player.

RCVS registration (essential)

Proven experience in small animal first‑opinion practice

Competence in routine surgery and consultations

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Availability for ongoing work

Competitive locum rate (DOE)

Flexible rota options

No OOH or late‑night duties

Accommodation provided if required
