Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon, Windsor, Egham & Ascot, Berkshire
Are you an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon looking for a supportive and professional environment in Berkshire? This is an excellent opportunity to join a family‑feel, independent practice group with multiple locations in Windsor, Egham, and Ascot.
The RoleFull‑time 4‑day working week. Standard start 8:30 am (8:00 am on surgery days) with finish between 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm depending on rota. Mix of consultations and general surgeries, including neutering and routine procedures. 15‑minute consults as standard. Once weekly on‑call until 9 pm, with a 1 in 5 weekend rota (Saturday & Sunday mornings with on‑call until 5 pm). Occasional branch sole charge.
The PracticeIndependent small animal practices serving busy, affluent communities. Strong team support from veterinary, nursing, reception, and administrative staff. Multi‑site role across Windsor, Egham, and Ascot. Core focus on first‑opinion care, with an emphasis on client communication and professional development. Modern facilities with equipment to support routine surgeries and diagnostics. On‑site parking and excellent transport links.

About YouPost‑qualification experience in small animal practice required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to support junior vets and participate in mentoring. Flexible and collaborative, comfortable working across multiple sites.
