Proactive Global is hiring experienced Quality Engineers to join a leading Electronics Manufacturer based in Windsor, SL4
.

Pay - up to 18.50 per hour/ 27k-28k Annually

Shift Timings
- Standard shift - 30 hours / week

Location
- Windsor, SL4

• Support compliance with the Integrated Management System and relevant industry standards.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audit activities.
• Investigate product and process nonconformities using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Act as the lead facilitator for root cause analysis activities, ensuring investigations are completed thoroughly and supporting teams in identifying effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support containment activities and disposition of affected product when quality concerns arise.
• Work collaboratively with Production, Engineering, Purchasing and Customer Service to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain quality records, reports and documented information.
• Support customer complaint and RMA investigations.
• Contribute to continual improvement of manufacturing processes and product quality.
