This role is ideal for a motivated chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, thrives in a professional kitchen environment and is keen to continue developing their career.

The Role Preparing and presenting high-quality fresh food. Catering for a variety of events, such as meetings, buffets, weddings and other functions. Working across multiple kitchen sections as required, maintaining consistent standards of quality and presentation Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards Supporting food cost control and minimising wastage Coaching and supporting junior kitchen team members About You Previous experience in a professional, commercial kitchen (hotel experience advantageous but not essential) Strong attention to detail with experience producing both la carte and buffet food Confident working with fresh ingredients in a high-volume environment A genuine passion for food and professional development Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards Reliable, flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment Available to work mornings, evenings and weekends on a rota basis If youre ready to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, apply now and help shape the future of this exciting operation.
