LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting for Kitchen Assistants to join our Hotel Kitchen Team in food preparation and service-related duties.

Shift opportunities include:

Full Time - Fully Flexible

Various shifts with hours between the 6am and 11pm

What does this role entail?

A day in the life of a Kitchen Assistant would include...

• Preparing a range of high-quality dishes for our guests in one of our hotel restaurants in an efficient and timely manner
• Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
• Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment
• Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
• Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly

What is required for this role?

Here are some desirable qualities for this role...

• Previous Food and Beverage or Hospitality experience is desired but full training will be given for the right candidate
• Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Be a great communicator both with peers as well as the management team
• Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements
• Be approachable at all times with a positive can-do attitude and show willingness towards being a team player
