What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our brand-new B&I site, serving high-quality breakfasts and lunches, with hospitality support when required. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a fresh food operation and help shape the culinary direction of a rapidly growing contract catering company where food is at the forefront of everything we do.

Lead a busy kitchen delivering 200–250 fresh lunches daily.

Create and cook vibrant, fresh dishes including street food specials, salad bar options, and hot mains.

Oversee breakfast service and occasional hospitality catering.

Manage, mentor, and nurture a small, passionate team, developing their skills and confidence.

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.

Monday to Friday, predominantly daytime hours.

Very few evenings required.

Proven experience in a contract catering environment (ideal but not essential).
