The Role

Chef Manager to prepare fresh food for 300 covers per day.
Full menu control
A strong Chef Manager to produce high quality, 100% fresh food
To lead and develop an enthusiastic kitchen team
Budget control
Client interactions

The Requirements

A strong Chef Manager within Independent Schools, B&I, Venues, Hotels or Restaurants
A genuine love for food
Strong financial acumen with the ability to produce a healthy GP
Chef Manager experience within busy cooking environments
A Self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food who is comfortable leading from the front
