The Castle Hotel Windsor, part of Sutton Hotel Collection, is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the senior kitchen team and run a designated section. You will contribute to high‑quality food, maintain kitchen standards and stock control, and help train junior team members in a fast‑paced environment.
The role requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays, with a salary of £30,000 plus TRONC and superb benefits.
