Head Chef - Catering

Salary: Up to £50,000
Location: Windsor, Berkshire
Hours: Monday-Friday | 7:00am-3:30pm

£50,000, Monday-Friday and finished by 3:30pm – with a kitchen and menu you can genuinely make your own.

I'm recruiting a Head Chef for a prestigious corporate head office in Windsor, leading a fresh-food staff dining operation with a small amount of hospitality.

You’ll have full autonomy over the weekly menu
, a strong kitchen team and a large, modern kitchen with plenty of scope to get creative and develop the food offer.

• Lead the day-to-day kitchen operation
• Create and develop the weekly menus
• Bring fresh ideas to the food offer
• Lead and develop the kitchen team
• Stay visible and engaged with customers
• Manage ordering, stock and waste
• Control food costs and maintain standards
• Deliver consistently fresh, appealing food

• B&I or contract catering experience beneficial
• Strong fresh-food background
• Creative and confident developing menus
• Excellent people and kitchen management skills
• Commercially aware and organised
