The Body Shop in Windsor is seeking a Team Leader to support store management in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will coach Customer Consultants, oversee daily operations, and help recruit and train staff while upholding The Body Shop values.
You will work closely with the store team to maintain product presentation, control inventory, and ensure outstanding standards across all customer interactions.
