Sales Negotiator​/Senior Sales Negotiator

Experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator required in Windsor (SL4) to negotiate property sales, generate new business, build client relationships and contribute to branch success within a professional estate agency environment. Salary OTE £45,000 per annum. Permanent – Full Time. Reference: WR86782.

• Managing property sales from instruction through to completion
• Generating new business and winning instructions
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
• Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Delivering a high level of customer service throughout the process
• Contributing to branch targets and overall performance
• Supporting marketing and promotion of available properties
• Maintaining accurate records and managing the sales pipeline

• Experience as a residential Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator
• Strong sales ability with a proven track record
• Listing and valuation experience advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, well‑presented, and confident manner
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach
• Good knowledge of the Windsor area (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence and own car preferred
• Thorough and professional approach to estate agency
