As Territory Sales Manager, you will manage and grow business across NHS and private histopathology laboratories throughout the South East, including London, Cambridge, Oxford, Reading and Southampton. You'll work with Consultant Pathologists, Biomedical Scientists, Histopathology Managers, Laboratory Managers, Procurement and other key stakeholders, building long-term relationships and managing complex capital and consumable sales cycles.

• Proven sales experience within Cellular Pathology, ideally Tissue Diagnostics / Histopathology
• Experience selling into NHS and/or private pathology laboratories
• Strong understanding of histopathology workflows and laboratory decision-making
• Excellent relationship-building, consultative selling and territory management skills
