Founded in 1993, KCA has delivered more than 6,000 kitchens, working with homeowners, architects, designers, builders and developers across prestigious locations including Wentworth, Ascot, Windsor, Weybridge and Guildford. Proudly independent, we partner with leading manufacturers across German, English and bespoke British cabinetry, with many supplier relationships spanning 25–30 years. Design, project management, installation and aftercare are all delivered in-house, supported by AI and automation to make design and client communication faster and more efficient.

Our close-knit team of 22 is highly experienced and long-serving, with many colleagues having been with KCA for 5–15 years. Your new adventure:
You'll be the face of every project you take on. You'll meet clients in our showroom and in their homes, measure and survey on site, bring your designs to life then price and present with confidence through to a high-value order. Once signed, our project managers handle ordering and the operational detail, while you remain your client's trusted contact through to installation.

That continuity is why clients return and recommend us, and why our designers' conversion rates climb as their reputation grows. You'll have a pipeline from day one: a strong flow of marketing enquiries, a dedicated Business Development Manager, weekly planning approval data feeding automated nurture campaigns, a 33-year client database and an established trade network. Like all our designers, you'll also proactively nurture relationships and reach out to past clients and partners, which is how we've thrived through every market cycle.
