Security Specialist

Role Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our Security team based in Windsor. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Security Officer with a strong background in the field.

Hours:

0700 hrs – 1900 hrs

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off days

Pay: £14.18 per hour

• Valid SIA licence.
• Valid driving licence.
• A full 5‑year working history to meet the BS 7858 screening requirements.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure.

• Manage your workload effectively.
• Conduct access control and gate duties.
• Perform staff and vehicle searches when required.
• Manage traffic and car‑park duties.
• Conduct external perimeter patrols on foot and in company vehicle.
• Provide a rapid response to any incidents on any site.
• Maintain an effective security presence and proactive response service.
