Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will embrace our service-driven approach, deliver customized financial strategies, and build meaningful relationships with clients. In this role, you will provide comprehensive financial advice, help clients pursue long-term goals, and contribute to the firm’s overall success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior advisors to develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support investment strategies.
- Manage client portfolios and monitor investment performance.
- Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in financial planning, wealth management, or similar roles
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or the ability to obtain them within the first year of employment).
- Wisconsin Life and Health insurance licenses (or the ability to obtain within the first year of employment).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in financial software.
- Motivated self-starter with ability to analyze and problem solve.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Knowledge of investment products and financial planning strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
This is not a Remote position. Candidate must be able to work on-site at our office in Windsor, WI. Please apply only if you can meet this requirement.
