Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will embrace our service-driven approach, deliver customized financial strategies, and build meaningful relationships with clients. In this role, you will provide comprehensive financial advice, help clients pursue long-term goals, and contribute to the firm’s overall success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior advisors to develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support investment strategies.
  • Manage client portfolios and monitor investment performance.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience in financial planning, wealth management, or similar roles
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or the ability to obtain them within the first year of employment).
  • Wisconsin Life and Health insurance licenses (or the ability to obtain within the first year of employment).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in financial software.
  • Motivated self-starter with ability to analyze and problem solve.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of investment products and financial planning strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Requirements

This is not a Remote position. Candidate must be able to work on-site at our office in Windsor, WI. Please apply only if you can meet this requirement.
