Dialysis Clinical Manager RN

Role Overview: This position is responsible for overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of quality patient care for individuals with end-stage renal or chronic kidney disease. As a facility leader, you will manage staff, coordinate patient care, and maintain compliance with medical and operational standards.

• Manage clinic operations, including staffing, costs, processes, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development for staff.
• Collaborate with departments such as HR, Quality, and Technical Services.
• Oversee patient care from admission to discharge, ensuring timely assessments and education.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and employee evaluations.
• Maintain physician relationships and facilitate application processes for privileges.
• Manage clinic financials, compliance, and reporting, including audits and surveys.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; RN licensure required.
• Minimum 6+ years in healthcare operations, with at least 12 months in clinical nursing and 6 months in dialysis nursing.
• Preferred experience includes supervisory roles and ICU or med/surg backgrounds.
• Ability to pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
