Job Overview
Shipping and Receiving Coordinator role at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Windsor, WI. Responsible for shipping, receiving, returns, carrier relations, order management, product management, and customer service.
Shift and ScheduleMonday – Friday, 4:00am – finished. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Position Responsibilities- Check in and out truck drivers in timely manner using Carrier Point logistics software.
- Accurately handle all transactions, many of which are legal documents.
- Assign drivers to loading and unloading doors.
- Assign material handlers to load trucks.
- Complete bill of lading for drivers and obtain proper signatures.
- Maintain office areas, including filing and cleaning duties as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety codes, policies, and procedures of the Company and Office of Safety and Health Administration.
- Execute new approaches and procedures to continually improve department efficiency.
Pay starting at $23.05 per hour. Requirements- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1 year logistics, or shipping and receiving experience.
- 1 year working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- 1 year experience with an automated warehouse management system such as SAP, Oracle, or Manugistics.
