• Manufacturing experience.
• Good record of attendance at previous jobs.

• Set up Bander and follow instructions on the print.
• Adhere to all Genesis safety guidelines, policies, and procedures as well as any other governing entities. (Including but not limited to always wearing appropriate PPE when on the production floor.)
• Adjust when needed and pay great attention to detail.
• Continue banding until order is complete.
• Make sure production meets quality standards.

• Inspect product for any damage or defects that may need any repairing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environment.
• Detail oriented and neatly organized.
• Be able to work in a team and fast paced environment.
• Be able to lift at least 50lbs.
• Ability to meet safety standards.
