- Manufacturing experience.
- Good record of attendance at previous jobs.
- Past experience working in manufacturing positions is a plus.

- Set up Bander and follow instructions on the print.
- Adhere to all Genesis safety guidelines, policies, and procedures as well as any other governing entities. (Including but not limited to always wearing appropriate PPE when on the production floor.)
- Adjust when needed and pay great attention to detail.
- Continue banding until order is complete.
- Make sure production meets quality standards.
- Inspect product for any damage or defects that may need any repairing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing/production environment.
- Detail oriented and neatly organized.
- Be able to work in a team and fast paced environment.
- Be able to lift at least 50lbs.
- Ability to meet safety standards.
