Area Coordinator – Clayton

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Safety. Practice safe work habits to maintain efficient and safe production while observing all relevant OSHA regulations.
  • Productivity. Work in a team environment to produce products that meet quality standards and achieve productivity objectives.
  • Stewardship. Serve as a steward of the company’s physical assets, protecting them from damage and misuse, reporting needed maintenance, and keeping assigned areas clean and orderly.
  • Planning. Assist the Production Manager and Team Leaders in planning and organizing manufacturing activities, communicating material shortages, tool maintenance needs, and any quality or productivity issues.
  • Attendance. Meet all attendance requirements and be available for the required start time, following the division’s attendance rules and regulations.
  • Leadership. Demonstrate people‑leader characteristics, lead and encourage direct reports, team members, and contribute to the leadership team.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Versatility and willingness to work in various areas as needed.
  • Must be able to walk, climb, and lift at least 50 lbs, and perform other physical duties as required.
  • Excellent communication skills with other team members and management.
  • Availability for off‑site meetings and leadership development opportunities.
  • 2‑3 years of supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
