Position Description: The Audiologist aligns with NM’s mission, adheres to ethical standards, and complies with policies and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct audiological and vestibular testing and treatment.
- Perform diagnostic assessments of hearing and vestibular function.
- Develop, document, and evaluate care plans.
- Collaborate with the care team for integrated treatment.
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and ongoing care.
- Recommend and provide sound modification devices, including hearing aids, implants, and alerting devices.
Required:
- Master's degree in Audiology
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under stress and independently
- Excellent customer service
- CCC-A certification from ASHA
- State licensure if applicable
- BLS certification
