Lab Specimen Processor- Evenings

The salary range for this position is $19.17 - $26.84 per hour. Placement within the salary range depends on relevant work experience, internal equity, and, for union‑represented positions, collective bargaining agreement rules.

This is a full‑time, 40‑hour per week, second shift position located at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield.

The Lab Specimen Processor is responsible for receiving, processing, labeling, distributing specimens, and performing non‑high‑complexity testing as required. The position requires a thorough understanding of laboratory specimens as well as the HIS/LIS computer systems. The processor will also perform customer service duties and other clerical tasks as needed.
