Certified Surgical Tech Ortho CDH OR Full-time Rotating $15-20k Sign-on Bonus
The salary range for this position is $24.29 - $32.79 (Hourly Rate).

The Certified Surgical Tech reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The Certified Surgical Tech facilitates the safe and efficient performance of surgical procedures.
- $15,000 for 3 years ortho experience
- $20,000 for 3+ years of specialty OR experience
- Must scrub Ortho procedures and will be required to take specialty call — 80hrs per month
- Internal and rehire candidates less than 1 year are not eligible for sign on bonus.
- Prepares surgical operating suite with drapes, medications, solutions, instruments, equipment, implants, and supplies. Ensures availability and functionality of equipment and instruments.
- Assists with preparing, transporting, positioning and draping patients.
- Passes instruments to physician during surgery. Continually accounts for number and location of instruments and supplies during surgery.
- Receives and processes specimens, if required, for delivery to the laboratory.
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) within twelve months of hire.
- CPR – Basic Life Support.
- Physical Demands Requirement: lift/carry up to 50 pounds and a push/pull force up to 50 pounds.
