Crisis Support Worker - On-Call at 2INgage
.
This is an on-call position with shifts Monday through Thursday. The average hourly rate is $14.00 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.). You will be able to pick your days to work and are allowed a maximum of 30 hours a week.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Crisis Support Worker, you will assist with children after hours. These situations may include transporting a child to a new foster home or helping a child in moderate crisis. You may be asked to be with a child in a hospital or at any of our numerous offices in the area. We provide a company car, cell phone, and computer.
Qualifications- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous work experience in a role serving children and families is preferred.
- Compassionate, eager to learn, and able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy coping skills.
- Strong advocacy for children.
- Seeking part-time work experience in the child welfare field.
